These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dpviewer.com (the "Service"), operated by DPViewer ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What DPViewer is

DPViewer is a free tool that lets you fetch a copy of a public Instagram Reel or video post, and view public profile pictures from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Telegram, using only a link or username you provide. The Service works anonymously - it does not require you to log in to Instagram or any other platform, and it only ever reads what that platform already shows to any visitor.

DPViewer is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other platform named on this site. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use DPViewer. You're responsible for making sure your use of the Service complies with any laws that apply to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use DPViewer only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

Download, copy, or redistribute content you don't have the legal right to use;
Attempt to access private accounts, private content, or any content not already public;
Run automated scripts, bots, or bulk/scraping tools against the Service;

DPViewer does not claim any ownership over the videos, photos, or profile pictures you access through the Service. All such content remains the property of its original creator or rights holder. Fetching a copy of public content through DPViewer does not grant you any license to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit it - that depends entirely on the rights you already have (or don't have) to that content, and on the terms of the platform it came from.

5. No warranty

DPViewer is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times - Instagram and other platforms can change their systems at any moment in ways that affect whether a given link resolves successfully.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPViewer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use DPViewer after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where DPViewer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by local consumer-protection law.
